Parents sometimes expect a long, stressful admission process. It is not like that here. K.R. Mangalam World School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad keeps things straightforward, especially for the younger grades.
The whole thing starts with an enquiry form on our website. After that, you get a link to the full application form. Fill it, submit it, and someone from our admission team calls you, usually within a day, to set up a time for you and your child to come in.
For Nursery through Grade V, your child meets the school head. It is a conversation. Nobody is testing a four-year-old on phonics or asking them to solve puzzles under pressure. We want to see if the child is comfortable, responsive, and ready for a school environment. That is it.
Grade VI and VII applicants go through a slightly different process. There is still an interaction, but they also take a short written assessment in English and Mathematics. Nothing tricky, just a way for us to understand where the child is academically.
If your child gets offered admission, you will need to bring in a medical certificate, three passport-size photos of the child, transfer certificate (Grade II onward), the last two years of report cards, Aadhaar cards of both parents, and three photos of each parent.
Age cutoff is 31 July of the admission year. Nursery needs 3 years, LKG needs 4, UKG needs 5, and Grade I needs 6. This follows CBSE rules; we cannot make exceptions.
Fees get paid, and then you will hear from us about uniforms, books, the school calendar, and bus routes if you are opting for transport.
